India and Sachin Tendulkar has broken the world record for highest one day international cricket.

He took the historical performance in the second game of a series of one-day against South Africa in the city of Gwalior in central India on Wednesday.

(36 years) Star-old in the form of invincibility as he clubbed 25 four and three sixes in the operation 200 of 147 balls is astounding, and half of the total Indian record of 401 for 3 wickets in 50 overs.

It has exceeded the record - 194 runs - held in conjunction with Charles Coventry of Zimbabwe and Saeed Anwar of Pakistan.
It also became the first player to score for cricket matches in a double-century overseas.

Had a 411th appearance in the game overseas, who is also a record.

Sachin now holds the record for scoring the most number of ODI centuries in tests. It is also the long-leading scorer in both the versions of the game.
