Books and Gargoyles

Books and Gargoyles
Not too long ago, I was walking in a street 110 here in Manhattan, to the east of Broadway, and I looked up to discover that there are a series of gargoyles carved in stone edifice of a residential building. Of course, what really caught my attention is that one of them was reading. Or more accurately, and one of them was holding a book and think more of its contents
