Well, this is much better than the rivers narcoleptic three "and" CBS and certainly a touch of gold over a network peacock, but fans of Numb3rs "Now, Gone", which replaces the show in Friday nights, and should be mad at this average alternative.

It's not five minutes into the premiere of Miami Medical "" before the show committed a cardinal sin in the eyes of this critic's - blatant emotional manipulation. Hey, look she is a woman in her ninth month on the medical show! How do you think that this is going to go? Of course, one plotline manipulative is not enough Friday night medical drama in 2010, and the book to cram in another story about a burn victim, trying to stay alive long enough to say goodbye to his wife.
