Nobunari Oda on born March 25, 1987 in Takatsuki, Osaka, Japan, is a Japanese figure skater. He is the 2008 Japanese National Champion[1], the 2006 Four Continents Champion, and the 2005 World Junior Champion.

Oda was assigned to the 2009 Trophée Eric Bompard and to the 2009 Cup of China in the 2009-2010 Grand Prix season. On September 26, 2009, Oda debuted his free skate to the soundtrack from Charlie Chaplin at a benefit to commemorate 9/11. He won gold in both of hisGrand prix events and qualified for the 2009-2010 Grand Prix of Figure Skating Final, where he claimed the silver medal behind Evan Lysacek.

At the 2010 Japanese National Championships he won the silver medal behind Daisuke Takahashi. That placement earned him a spot to compete in the 2010 Winter Olympics and at the 2010 World Figure Skating Championships.
