ken mehlman

I am not a defender of Ken Mehlman, who chaired the National Committee of the Republic during the presidency of George W. Bush, was the architect of much rhetoric to the anti-gay policies during that period. But Mehlman, who was the only one out of for less than 24 hours in the time of writing this report, and are paving harshly by bloggers from left and right. One of them, and blessed Joe Gervais (Joe.My.God), even Roy Cohn Award for Mailman for his "action" brutally homophobic. Jervis Needless to say, "If you live in any of the 21 States [where the civil marriage and same-sex marriage and] ... is unconstitutional, you can rely on second-class citizenship ... to a colleague Ken Mehlman, the gay".

Whatever attitudes Mailman anti-gay in the past has been - and there is no argument here about the validity of this record, nor how much was contempt is the right of gay society - and I must admit, the former Republican Party chairman for coming at the end. On the contrary, I found Roy Cohn [and who have not McCarthyite closed in his life and talked openly about] and Atith, and Mehlman, 43, the courage to be honest about his identity with the "family, friends and former colleagues and current colleagues [who] was a wonderful and supportive."

He hardly ever easy for us to take these steps, especially because of donations from people like Mehlman to the chorus of anti-gay than the previous decade. But it was Mehlman to know that his next project would be front page news and cable news cycle fuels what I'm sure will be a day. Say that it is coming is more difficult than most is not true, but certainly more year and he is certainly the most vilified any person gay the other who has come out in recent times.

What bothers me most is being thought of anger unleashed by some members of the gay community against him. And one blogger called it "a piece of human garbage. Another says that" even dig [anger] point of sale more than this vile. Keep it up! "He appeals. For the community to know well the power and seriousness of hatred and it's connection to violence, how can we tolerate this kind of" discourse? "We can not, and we do not need to support him and we do not need to forgive him, But we need to get some sympathy and understanding from the earliest had just left. It's safe every gay person knows.
