Emmy winners 2010


Emmy Awards broadcast last night, and I must admit that there were very few surprises. George Clooney, charming, Jane Lynch, won the best supporting actress, Mad Men is the best drama and Betty White snagged the cup to a guest appearance on Saturday Night Live.

However, it was HBO and Temple Grandin - which dominated the field length with 5 wins Sunday night - even from me on the couch and on my computer. (Thank you, Google.)

The biopic lists life Grandin Temple, which, according to Wikipedia, is to deal with cattle internationally recognized expert, author and professor - have been diagnosed with autism also with it at the age of 4, at a time when most professionals and parents believe that the diagnosis of autism is, in essence, the death sentence for any kind of productivity, or in life.

Based on her personal experience, the Temple of advocates of early intervention to deal with autism, as well as teachers and mentors who can directly support installations of the child in productive directions. She considered the philosophical leader of both autism and advocacy movements, animal welfare, and get famous for a campaign on her hands and knees to imagine how animals perceive the world in order to design more humane ways to deal with livestock.
