Promoted by the Parekh Nilesh Parekh Umesh, Shri Ganesh Jewelry Co., Ltd. House, subject to receipt of requisite approvals, market conditions and other considerations, and plans to issue shares of 1,42,69,831 of the nominal value of Rs 10 each to expand its operations and diversify in the latest products ( Machine-made, lightweight, and Italian jewelry), and geographic regions. The Credit Suisse has invested Rs. 80 crore for a share of 10.99% stake in March 2008.
Shri Ganesh Jewellery House Limited is one of the largest manufacturers and exporters of gold, and handcrafted jewelry in India. The units are located in the manufacturing company Manikanchan special economic zones, West Bengal, which is famous for the availability of craftsmen ("karigars") skilled in the manufacture of handcrafted jewelry. The company is also marketing of retail products through its own stores labeled "Gaia." Revenue grew and became the company at a CAGR of 63.75% and 65.20% for fiscal year 2007 to fiscal year 2009 with revenues and is to stand in fiscal 2009 and Rs. 2,21,819.96 13,245.07 lakes and lakes, respectively.
Middle East, Singapore and Hong Kong are the main export market for the products of the company.
