Roy Ashburn
arrested March 3rd, 2010 on suspicion of driving drunk.
To be close to the 56-year-old was pulled over by a member of the Senate shortly after leaving a bar known gay, and faces, in Sacramento, California.
Sgt. Rick Campbell said Ashburn Kladr eyes were bloodshot and he reeked of alcohol and failed field sobriety test after being pulled over about 2:00 am local time.
