Bears are expected to be Julius Peppers, Chester Taylor and Brandon Manumaleuna in a news conference.
Pepper, is a major player in this year’s free agent class, and agreed to a six-year contract with the Bears, ESPN reported just after 2 pm. The Bears did not confirm the report, but the fact that they have scheduled a news conference is a clear indication to be a major announcement in store.
