GM Recall 2010: Are Any Cars a Quality Purchase? First Toyota Recalls Now This! Approximately 1.3 million vehicles from General Motors (or Governmental Motors) have been recalled due to power steering failures. This news from Detroit comes to us at a time when the company could be picking up the shattered pieces of everyone’s lost faith in Japanese automaker Toyota.

The Toyota, GM, and Honda recalls all point to a scary question: are any vehicles really high-quality anymore? Remember the days when you could drive a car for 10 years with no problems other than minor repairs? What’s causing all of this mess?
