The federal government will be closed on Tuesday in the Washington area because of the snowstorm bothering the State. National Weather Service issued a warning of the winter storm of the Washington, DC, starting at noon/1700 GMT on Tuesday and runs until Wednesday, with snow totals expected from 10 to 20 inches.
