Ginger McGuire left to sleep on a flight across the United passengers and a colleague were out of the plane at about 12:30 am Tuesday. There was left to sleep for hours until I woke up and realized he had not left her on the plane and she was trapped there.
She added: “I woke up just now, and I looked to my phone – I grabbed my phone, looked at it – and I was like ‘Oh my God, it’s 3:00 the morning,” said Maguire,ginger at a news conference on Thursday. “I woke up and there was nobody on board. And I walked back and forth through the aisleway and I will not touch anything on the plane. And opens the next thing you know the door of the plane, and there are two public distribution system and Philly Transportation Security Administration and they will not let me out of the plane.”
The ginger instead of allowing it from the plane after it stuck there, and asked to identify and “interrogation”. Now that it has hired a lawyer Geoffrey Fieger,ginger, and she filed a lawsuit against United Airlines, alleging false imprisonment, emotional distress and negligence.
“For the crew to leave her there, and lock them beyond the domestic abuse,” said Fieger at the press conference.
