The advent of Chiles shattering earthquake, magnitude 8.8,3 a.m. Saturday, is the worst in50 years and comes only seven weeks after the 7.0 earthquake in Haiti. We nowhave a warning from National Public Radio (NPR) that seems like a sick joke,that SolarStorms could be Earths Next Katrina. Yet, too often todays sick joketurns out to be tomorrows apocalypse. How come?
